As of November 2022, Studio No.5, sitting on the second floor of Morgans will become available to rent.

The sunlight filled studio overlooks the courtyard with many of the buildings original features.

A few notes:

• Ideally looking for a painter or maker

• This space isn’t suitable for sharers

• We’d love the space to be used most week days, as someones primary studio space

• The studio is unfurnished, option to have a floorboard studio desk added

• Studios are open 24hrs, 7 days a week via a separate access to the gallery

• Option for both a long term or short term let

• wifi included

Dimensions :3 x 3.6m

Monthly rent : £365 + utility bills

Please send us an up to date CV with referees and a cover letter on why you’d like to take on Studio No.5.

Please also send us examples of your practice - a link to a website or instagram would be ideal.

Deadline for applications 1st December - we will shortlist early December and offer viewings.
