do you deliver outside the uk?

Yes we do, although certain countries require greater import taxes than others. To receive a quote depending on your location please email us with the artwork you are interested in and delivery address to info@morgansfalmouth.com 

when will I receive my artwork following a purchase online?

You will receive a confirmation email immediately to confirm your order. A member of the Morgans team will then be in contact to arrange a convenient delivery date.

how much does it cost to have an artwork delivered?

This depends on several factors - the size, weight and value of the artwork as well as your location. When purchasing work to be delivered in the UK, shipping cost is calculated at checkout. There will also be an option to collect from the gallery or to receive an overseas quote.

how do you deliver my artwork?

Artworks smaller than 50x50cm will be sent using a tracked and signed for Royal Mail service. Larger artworks will be sent using an art courier. You will always be informed of the expected day that your artwork will arrive and we will discuss this with you prior to sending to ensure a convenient time.

can I collect an online purchase from the gallery?

Yes of course. When ordering online there will be an option to ‘collect from gallery’ - we will then be in touch to let you know the artwork is ready.

do you offer a refund for artwork purchased online?

We can offer a refund for up to 7 days after the purchase date of your artwork, as long as it is returned to us in perfect condition. We are happy to offer a credit note for the gallery or an exchange for up to 14 days after purchase.

can I purchase a gift voucher for morgans?

Yes you can - just email us at info@morgansfalmouth.com and we can arrange a gift voucher to be sent to you via post or email.

is vat included on the prices shown on your website?

Yes, VAT is included in the price of the artworks shown on our website. Our VAT No. is - 401 7307 40

do you offer a framing service?

Most of our artworks are already framed unless the artist has decided to leave a raw canvas edge. We do not offer a framing service but we are very happy to discuss framing options and if you are local to us, and suggest framers to contact.

how do I get in touch about exhibiting my work with you?

We often plan our shows a year in advance but we are always excited to discover new artists. If you would like to enquire about exhibiting with us, please send us an email to info@morgansfalmouth.com explaining your practice with some examples or links to recent work.

can I commission an original artwork through the gallery?

If you would like to commission one of our artists we can arrange this through Morgans, please email us at info@morgansfalmouth.com and we can begin a conversation.

do you offer a curation services?

Yes, we offer a curation services for bespoke spaces or projects. We have experience in both architectural and interior design, so are very happy to begin a conversation on offering a curated selection of artwork. You can find out more about our curation service, and download our catalogue here.

when is the gallery open?

Between March - December, the gallery is open Monday - Saturday, 10-5pm. Every year, from 4th January until late February, the gallery is closed while we plan our exhibition programme for the year ahead and take a short break. However we are very happy to open by appointment during those months - just send us an email to arrange this.

how do I apply for one of your studios at morgans?

We have 5 artist studios available to rent at Morgans, which are currently occupied. We will advertise studios as and when they become available via our instagram and website. Due to the number of applications we receive we do not have a running waiting list, we will just review every application received when we post an available studio.
